If you want your blog get as many visitor as possible, the thing you should do is submit it to the search engine. The ones that you should point about is the Google instead of yahoo!. Then after submit it to google, what should you do?? Waiting to get listed?? Nah if that what you do, you're doing a big mistake. That's old trick is not work anymore because everyday google receive at least one million website submission. Of course if you just submit it, you will have wait at least six month to get listed, but i don’t guarantee that.
The things that you should do is to have backlink for your blog. Actually you must have link on blog that's have been listed by google. When you have that, im sure whitin next day you will get listed in google. When you have been listed, the ones you should do is build your backlink ( Backlink Building ). Because More blog link at you, google will be noticed that your blog must be important for others. That's is the rule if you want to get a good position in google search engine ranking and it will work forever. There is many way to build your backlink such as submit to blog directories or make a link exchange with other blogger.
